Minimum Requirements


Headset with noise cancelling feature and a high definition webcam.

Dual-Core processor 1GHz or above, Intel Core i3 / i5/ i7, or AMD equivalent is required.

RAM of at least 8GB is recommended with 60GB free hard disk space available.

  • Social media savvy, up-to-date with latest social media trends, and has excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Set up social media Business Pages like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.
  • Scheduling posts using an automated service using Business Suite / Creator Studio, Later, etc.
  • Responding to messages & comments
  • Create content plans or calendar to drive engagement and promote online brand awareness
  • Design and create images or video content using different software (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
  • Interpret and create social media reports & analytics
  • Ability to set up paid ads (preferred, not mandatory) 
  • Define demographics, brand voice, and establish targeted campaigns
  • Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email campaigns to connect and reach out and obtain qualified leads for our clients
  • Analyze data to increase acceptance, response, and conversion rates
  • Schedule meetings with the prospect and client
  • Leverage the client’s CRM to track from an introduction to closing a deal

  • Ability to organize income, expenses, assets, and liabilities so your client can easily read and track their business’ finances
  • Take care of payroll and invoicing

  • Maintain and update the general ledger
  • Product monthly financial reports

  • Manage email inboxes, calendars, save documents, update project management tools, and organize shared drives
  • Support the client to ensure the company goals and objectives are achieved, and the operation runs smoothly and efficiently
  • Handle communication, organization, and keep track of internal activities efficiently
  • Generate meeting minutes 
  • Send out daily digest of what’s outstanding via email to the client
  • Filter up stagnant communication and alert the client as needed
  • Run weekly reporting as needed on key metrics for leadership meetings
  • Basic email correspondence on behalf of the client (setting up meetings, handle Calendar, thank you emails, close and dismiss non-critical correspondence, eliminate spam, organize newsletters, etc.)
  • Update basic changes on the website such as image uploads and others
  • Process customer refunds and returns on the client’s website
  • Excellent written & verbal communication – Fluent in English
  • Responding to customer inquiries, emails, and messages with an emphasis on sense of urgency
  • Sort, delegate, and manage customer requests
  • Own website chat communication
  • Set up appointments and logging leads in CRM
  • Effectively communicating with the client’s operations team
  • Provide proper reporting / logging of all pertinent information
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data (consumers, competitors, and market conditions)
  • Collect and study information about sales trends, products, and services
  • Generate, refine, and evaluate marketing actions (opportunities + problems)
  • Identify potential new markets and sales opportunities
  • Convert data and findings into understandable tables, graphs, and written reports

  • Research topics related and relevant to the particular industry or topic
  • Develop clear and concise copy to market products and services
  • Write, edit, and proofread blog posts for publication

  • Conduct simple keyword search and use SEO guidelines to increase website traffic
  • Promote content on social media, and coordinate with social media manager
  • Write engaging copy for the client’s social media channels
  • Identify client’s needs and recommend new topics
  • Ensure all around brand cohesion by utilizing brand style, and use consistent font, images, and tone
  • Build and maintain customer email list
  • Send a range of marketing emails including newsletters, retention emails, new customer emails, and more.
  • Create unique and original content that will engage customers through email 
  • Build out and manage Email Sequencing with follow ups and calls to action
  • Nurture leads through email communication
  • Ensure design and layouts of emails are optimized, user and mobile-friendly
  • Proofread key messaging in and out of email templates
  • Send graphics requests to designers
  • Secure email databases for future campaigns
  • Develop, monitor, and analyze email campaigns
  • Aid additional digital marketing efforts
  • Must have experience with: HTML and CSS, design software (e.g. Photoshop),  UX/UI design, SEO, and WordPress development experience
  • Work closely with each customer to translate the customer’s thoughts into a visually appealing and user friendly design
  • Meet with clients to review templates and refine designs
  • Turn the collaborative design into a functional site 
  • Maintain website on webserver and create back up files
  • Manage the overall layout and aesthetic of website
  • Code webpages, site navigation, buttons and controls
  • Update and maintain the site
  • Fix any issues with functionality & bugs
  • Implement SEO and content marketing strategies for clients
  • Understand and support initiatives that will contribute to the goals and success of client campaigns
  • Perform keyword research in coordination with client business objectives 
  • Optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities
  • Provide SEO analysis and recommendations
  • Execute strategies for content development 
  • Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key metrics to clients
  • Administer search engine programs (XML sitemaps, shopping feeds, webmaster tools) and report on client projects
  • Provide support for marketing content teams for social media coordination (e.g. blog posts and relevant graphics)
  • Implement link building campaigns in coordination with client SEO goals
  • Develop and execute content strategies 
  • Keep up to date on SEO, search engine, social media and internet marketing industry trends and developments
  • Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels
  • Develop, manage and enhance a company’s brand 
  • Design logos, animated logos, graphics, and style guides
  • Monitor the consistency of brand communication and brand positioning
  • Ensure branding and messaging consistency 
  • Promote uniformity of brand

  • Report issues with CRM by calling the hotline.
  • Answer CRM-related questions from agents and provide training if needed.
